ABOUT ANTONIO BENE

For 30 years I have been working with depth psychology and change processes on an individual and systemic level within organizations. I am interested in dynamic group processes and the understanding of leadership psychological aspects, which make people as well as companies more effective in this reciprocal field. Cognitive and consciousness processes also play a central role in this regard.

After graduating from the University of Bern with a degree in Clinical Psychology, my professional path led me from various management positions in the HR business to the founding of my consulting company: BA & Co. GmbH.

I consider it my mission to empower people and inspire them to take full responsibility for manifesting their own reality.

I consider working with clients as an alchemical process where they can initiate their own transformation and at the same time unlock the magic of new self-created realities.
