Many executives, managers, sales managers, department heads, CEOs and leaders are constantly dealing with conflicts within the team and major staff turnover. They complain about unmotivated teams and are dissatisfied with their performance. They often have to make important decisions under pressure of time and consensus. They are confronted with unexpected crises or challenges that keep them very busy and depressed. They also have to show strength and aplomb to the outside world and feel left alone with their problems. The pressure of turnover, complexity, innovation and responsibility is also increasing. Their career is stuck, they feel blocked and prisoners like in a hamsterwheel.
They believe that this is because they either have employees who are too problematic and opportunistic, who show little loyalty and work motivation or who simply display too little independence and sense of responsibility. They also believe that they have too little time and personnel resources or even insufficient training and that the market trend is not playing into their hands. They also feel left alone and not understood by the management. That’s why they look into psychology, stress and time management, agility concepts, leadership and communication training, marketing and sales training or further training, e.g. as part of an MBA, etc. Sometimes they change jobs in the hope of creating new conditions, but end up experiencing the whole thing all over again. They are stuck in their ‘repetition compulsion’. They believe that through such attempts they can, for example, motivate their employees better, influence them more positively, communicate more effectively and lead more effectively. They are also convinced that this will increase their knowledge and expand their behavioral repertoire so that they don’t miss out on the latest trends – in order to master the ultimate and more effective problem-solving strategy. Or – they simply believe they are in the wrong movie and see themselves as victims of circumstances.
This leads to managers wandering from training course to training course, from workshop to workshop, jumping on the next possible hype or even changing jobs. But in the end, they don’t even use 10% of the knowledge they have learned or accumulated in their collecting data attempts. Often they also fail to put this know-how into practice. But they actually have enough expertise and resources at their disposal. And their poor results are not always due to the poor economic situation. The unmotivated employees with the many staff fluctuations and conflicts are also not directly the main problem. The complexity and stressful workload of the current era is also not the main reason for the lack of success.
No, and they are probably not misunderstood geniuses who are not recognized by their employees or superiors.
The real problem is that they are not in harmony with themselves. That they try to control external states and the behaviors of others instead of being in control of themselves. They make their success dependent on external states or circumstances, or blame others, instead of establishing a clear inner alignment or connection with their essence and being guided by their emotional guidance system. They mistakenly try to inflate their ego and insecurity with more knowledge instead of connecting to their inner source, which can provide them with more self-awareness, clarity, useful answers and effective guidance that will truly bring them more happiness, health, success and self-confidence on top.

It is impossible to want to lead a company, a department, a team, a family or an organization successfully in the long term if I am not in harmony with myself, do not act with emotional confidence, do not master my everyday life authentically, do not exemplify the values and culture of the company or my own values, do not communicate empathetically, do not demonstrate effective problem-solving behaviour and do not know myself well enough or demonstrate a certain level of self-competence and have not cleared up my triggers and the conflicts of my past. Especially if I increasingly make my harmony dependent on others instead of seeking congruence with myself or my values, goals and emotions, then leadership is difficult and very contradictory.
What we do with our clients in such a situation is to activate a proven empowerment mechanism that allows them to develop their sovereignty, mindset, energy and intuition as well as the relationship with their center to a new level of consciousness. Through the central aspect of self-management and the customized daily rituals, this approach has a neuronal and at the same time extremely transformative effect. A mindset shift takes place, which also has a very inspiring effect on teams. In this respect, managers are no longer under any artificial pressure to motivate their employees. As a result, the perspective has shifted in favor of a more inspiring approach. A new modus operandi for managers has been established.
All in all, managers are gradually developing their emotional sovereignty and mental power to a new level. They improve their problem-solving skills, strengthen their focus and thus their effectiveness in day-to-day management, which makes them more resilient and able to make decisions in stressful situations. From now on, you will also learn to lead teams from the ‘inside’ and not just from the outside.
